Pioneering Energy Efficiency in Arkansas


Capital Needs Assessments (CNAs) are provided in accordance with the U. S. Department of Agriculture / Rural Development's CNA NPR Worksheets Section 515 programs to meet the requirements of the Fannie Mae Physical Needs Assessment Guidance to the Property Evaluator. 

CNAs are designed to meet the requirements of both rehab and new construction using Federal low-income housing tax credits, HOME funds and the USDA/Rural Development MPR program.
